This door viewer, or door spy hole, allows you to see your visitors before opening the door, giving you more security against unwanted guests.
Discreet and small, this polished brass front door viewer uses a minimal amount of space on your front door. It features a curved, fisheye glass lens that allows you to see through the door and identify your visitor.
The lens offers a 160-degree, wide angle so you can easily check who is on your doorstep before answering. From the outside, the view to the inside of your home is obscured – so whilst you can see out, other people can’t see in.
Suitable for your front door, this door viewer comes in a bright polished brass which pairs perfectly with other brass door accessories like handles, knobs, letterplates and hinges. In addition, this front door viewer is easy to keep clean as it only needs a wipe with a soft cloth.
This brass front door viewer has a simple installation process:
- First you need to figure out where you want to place the viewer. This is usually at head height in the centre of your door.
- Drill a hole for the peephole from both sides of the door, making sure that the diameter of the hole is slightly wider than the peephole.
- Carefully insert the peephole into the hole.
- Secure the viewer in place by rotating it into place.
