Fine once the correct ones arrived but I was first sent black nickel in brushed nickel packaging and was told that was all they has and there was no alternative to match the knob I had also ordered. I asked them to check their warehouse stock and they found the ones I had had been incorrectly packaged and sent me the ones I needed once I had returned the wrong ones. A bit of a faff but ok in the end.

Great product. Have bought different sizes for cupboards and draws for my new kitchen. Originally bought similar design from Wickes, but found that Hiatt are a third of the price. Bought a range of sizes from Hiatt. A pity they don’t offer offer a full range of sizes as had to slice larger handles from a third company which were slightly more expensive.
