- My carpenter had issues trying to work out how to turn the lock around as it's supplied in a right door opening and mines a left - it toom him quite some time ro figure it out - I suggested pulling the lock out and turning it - he said it didn't work but he figured it out in the end

- Bought 2 of these. One of them the latch locked in position. Fortunately a hard kick to the door detached the latch and I could then open the door. Bought a replacement but found the same issue. My fault for buying cheap junk, that cheap that it was not worth my time to return, but I will never purchase anything again from Hiatte.
