- Design meant we couldn’t install with the lock in the correct orientation unless you’re prepared for the key to turn the opposite way to the lock. Other than that, good quality and very quick service from Hiatt.

- The only problem with this item was that there was no way to firmly attach the outer turn knob to the spindle. As I was fitting this for someone with small children I was concerned that if it came off it’s something that could be put in the mouth and swallowed. I ended up having to use epoxy putty to stick it firmly onto the spindle.
