Overhead door closers are often required in blocks of flats and apartment buildings, and in public and commercial applications.
This Hardware Solutions overhead door closer ensures that doors remain shut, for security (closing maglock doors), to reduce airflow, and help prevent smoke and fire spreading in an emergency — fire tested to BS EN1634-1.
The dual valve design allows door closing and latch speed to be adjusted to suit the environment. It’s highly durable, good for over half a million cycles. And it's surface mounted, so straightforward to install, and it’s reversable for fitting on the left or right side of a door.
