The Rutland cam action overhead door closer ensures that doors remain shut, for security when used with mag-locks and to reduce airflow to help prevent smoke and fire spreading in an emergency – third party and fire tested to British Standards EN1154 and EN1634-1.
Because they use a slide arm and have a slim profile, cam closers are more discreet and aesthetically pleasing – often preferred by architects and interior designers. Supplied in high quality black brass finish.
It offers universal application for push-side, pull-side and Transom fitting positions, with easier opening suitable for Document M contracts. Closing speed and latching speed can be adjusted to suit different situations.
This cam-style door closer is designed and engineered for efficiency and durability. With variable power settings (EN2-4), it’s spring adjustable for most timber doors, up to 80kg and 1110mm wide.
