This Rutland scissor arm overhead door closer ensures that doors remain shut, for security when used with mag-locks and to reduce airflow to help prevent smoke and fire spreading in an emergency – third party fire tested to British Standards EN1154 and EN1634-1 and Certifire approved.
It offers universal application for standard arm, parallel arm, and Transom fitting positions. Closing speed and latching speed can be valve adjusted to suit different situations, with 180o opening angle.
Supplied in high quality polished brass finish.
Designed and engineered for efficiency and durability, with template power settings (EN3/4).
NOTE: It’s adjustable for most timber doors, up to 80kg and 300-1110mm wide on the pull side and 470-950mm on the push side.
