Galvanised Staple On Plate
This galvanised staple on plate offers a great solution for fixing chains or ropes to walls and posts and can even be used to secure outdoor doors and gates.
With a solid steel construction and galvanised finish, this staple will withstand frequent wear and tear and outdoor elements.
Featuring a small, protruding loop and 4 pre-drilled holes, installing this staple is easy. If using to secure a chain or rope, you may need another fixture, like a snap hook, to attach the end of the chain or rope to the staple.
To use a staple to secure a door or gate, you will also need a hasp and a weather-resistant padlock to keep the door or gate locked.
The hasp is fitted to the front of the door, and the staple is fitted to the door frame. To secure the door or gate, the hasp flips over and slides over the staple. Then, a weather-resistant padlock can be looped through the staple and locked to fasten the hasp and staple.
Your purchase will include one staple and the correct number of screws for installation.
