This trend automatic drop down seal fits to timber doors to enhance fire safety, soundproofing and smoke containment. When the door closes the seal activates automatically, sealing gaps up to 14mm beneath the door.
It’s tested to BS EN 1634-1 and BS 476 Part 22 standards and offers up to 60 minutes of fire resistance. For use with or without threshold plates and straight down to the carpet. Can be trimmed to fit.
The corrosion-resistant anodised aluminium construction of this product complements various contemporary and traditional door designs. Can be trimmed to fit.
