Track Your Order

 

We offer a simple delivery service. All orders are dispatched via a next-day-delivery service. We dispatch before 3 pm so make sure you place your order before 3 pm if you require your order the following working day.

If you require an order urgently or on a specific date, please call our sales office on 0121 358 4970 (Monday to Friday) and we will assist you in the best way possible.

Orders are dispatched the same day if you place your order before 3 pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Note that we are closed on bank holidays throughout the year.

NOTE: Any orders placed after 3 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next available working day.

If the delivery or dispatch of your order is delayed, will do our very best to contact you as soon as possible. Please ensure when placing your order that your contact information (email address and/or telephone number is correct).

You may receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order, along with your tracking number. We use DPD to deliver your orders. You can enter your tracking number here: https://www.dpd.co.uk/service/

Click & Collect

Click and collect is now available on all orders. Here's how it works:

  • Place your order
  • Once you receive an email or text message from DPD detailing your booked delivery, you will be given an option of 'In-Flight Options'
  • From your 'In-Flight Options' you can choose to collect from a DPD Pickup Shop
  • From here, you can select one from thousands of Pickup Shops around the UK
  • The order will then be delivered to your chosen Pickup Shop for you to collect

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Log into your account to view the status of your order, or simply call us on 0121 358 4970. You may also receive an email with your tracking number.
I have a problem with my delivery. What can I do?
Call us on 0121 358 4970 or contact us
What if I miss my delivery?
Not to worry. Our delivery partner will leave a card and contact number. You can either collect your order or they may re-arrange delivery.
Can I use a different delivery address to a billing address?
Absolutely. You can choose a completely different address for your delivery address. Simply add your alternative address at the checkout.
When will I receive my order over a public holiday?
Orders placed over a public holiday period are dispatched once our offices are re-opened. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of re-opening after a public holiday period, but please call us if you require your order by a certain date and we'll do our very best to help.
