Because of the size and weight of doors, acoustic panels, sliding door & kits we ship them using a specialist delivery company. Here' what you need to know when ordering these products:

Click & Collect is not available
Cost of delivery is included
When an order is placed you will receive a link to tracking information
Any other items on your order will be delivered via DPD as shown below

Hiatt Hardware & DPD
We offer Click & Collect and home delivery services in partnership with DPD. Orders are dispatched to your choice of Pickup Shop or your home for next working day, providing we receive your order before 3pm. So, please ensure that you place your order before 3pm if you require order the following workingday.
NOTE: You can choose Saturday Click & Collect service or home delivery (for orders placed before 3pm on Friday), or next working day AM priority options, when you checkout.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next available working day — that’s typically a Monday for Tuesday delivery. However, this service differs during public holidays.

Click & Collect is available for mainland UK. Simply select DPD Local Pickup when checking out.
If you chose home delivery when checking out and wish to change to Click & Collect, you can do so using the DPD app**. Here’s how:
In your delivery confirmation from DPD, select In-Flight Options
From your In-Flight Options choose to collect from a DPD Pickup Shop
Select your local shop from thousands of Pickup Shops around the UK
Your order will be delivered to your chosen Pickup Shop for you to collect at your convenience during shop trading hours within seven days

Track Your Delivery
You will receive an email and an SMS from DPD to confirm your delivery date and timeslot.
If you’re not going to be around to receive your parcel, please arrange to reschedule your delivery via your confirmation SMS using DPD ‘In-Flight Options’, which include:
Live parcel tracking
Delivery rescheduling
Specifying alternative delivery instructions
Or you can access DPD Follow My Parcel directly here using your tracking number or call card number.
Public Holidays
We’re closed on public holidays (bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm on the preceding working day or during a public holiday period will be dispatched within 24 hours of our order fulfilment centre re-opening, for next working day delivery.
NOTE: Over public holidays, orders place before 3pm on the preceding working day will be delivered on the first working day after the holiday period.

Your Contact Information
In the unlikely event that your order’s dispatch is held up or delivery is delayed, we will do our very best to contact you as soon as possible to keep you in the loop.
Please ensure when placing your order that your contact information is correct (email address and telephone number). Remember, without the right contact information we may not be able to keep you updated.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
Delivery will be to your local Pickup Shop where it will be held for you to collect within seven days. After that it will be returned to us. You may rearrange a new delivery at the appropriate charge.
Home delivery will be attempted only once to you or a neighbour. If delivery is unsuccessful because there’s nobody to receive it, your order will automatically go to a parcel Pickup Shop for you to collect within seven days.
NOTE: Should you miss a delivery, any costs associated with you collecting your parcel from a Pickup Shop will not be reimbursed.
