- Needed a lock to add to match our existing satin handle on our door which this matched to a tee. Had it fitted into a new fire door within 30 mins and works a treat, very strong lock and the quality can be seen and felt when using. 10/10

- The lock doesn’t work the right way round. You have to install it upside down so when you lock the door you have to turn clockwise and unlock anti clockwise and for installing the lock you basically have to bore a 40mm hole into the side of your door. 1 of the 2 locks I received kept on jamming and still isn’t fit for purpose
