- Ordered two of these Suffolk latches. One was fine, the other had a blob of metal in which prevented it from operating correctly. Not sure how it passed quality control. Complained to the company and sent a photo but they haven’t responded. I’m still waiting for a replacement and to fit to a door I can actually close. Pretty poor customer service. I did have a reply asking me what the problem was and I responded almost immediately but they have not offered a replacement or even replied.
