I need not have been concerned as my purchase arrived very quickly and is very good quality. A similar product in the DIY stores was similar in price but was not of the same quality. I am sufficiently pleased with both the product and also the efficiency of the company that I have decided to replace all of our internal door handles and as a result I will be placing another order shortly.
