- The product was broadly OK, however I needed to reverse the handle latch and because the retaining screws were screwed into rivetted posts that could easily turn it was almost impossible to unscrew the plate. In the end I did manage to unscrew and reverse the catch but only after bending the end of the case out of shape so I could grip the rivetted post. This is terrible design & build quality, hence the dropping of the score.
