- Happy with all aspects to the transaction, fast delivery and the handles look good. For my doors the bar supplied through the door is too large so having to re use the old ones, (still one smaller bar to find ) so just 4 stars for installation. Something for you to check before ordering. Recommended seller.

- This was the right size and design to replace my broken handle, but the stop plate at the back was different to my existing one so the new handle wouldn't open the latch. I had to strip down the old and new handles and swap the stop plates to make it work. Probably wouldn't be a problem for everyone, but it was for me.

- The only problem is that the 2mm difference in width in the backplates meant the screw holes did no align, had to drill 4 new holes for fitting the securing screws.

- A bit more tricky to instal and no locking mechanism included. Had to buy that separately. Really helpful staff sorted things out for me.
