- Operates well and is lightweight so good for use on old hollow fibreboard doors. Easy to install apart from the instructions tell you to install the lock upside down (hole is out of line when the mortice is inserted in the orientation suggested in the instructions). Other than that, it does the job and is a good quality polished chrome finish.

- The hooks themselves are great it’s the screws that come with them that are terrible. We tried to put up six hooks in a coat cupboard and the screw heads became instantly damaged and had to be removed with force so that we could use better quality screws. Why has the manufacturer produced a high quality product and then included such terrible fittings?
