This Rutland overhead door closer ensure that doors remain shut, for security (closing maglock doors), to reduce airflow, and help prevent smoke and fire spreading in an emergency — third party and fire tested to British Standards EN1154 and EN1634-1 respectively.
In an understated black finish, this door closer is designed and engineered for high efficiency and durability. With variable power settings (EN2-5), it’s adjustable for most doors, up to 110kg, 1250mm wide, and opens to 180o. Universal application enables fitting for standard or parallel arm position.
