thumb lock moves jerkily, but works; hope it lasts
I was here when carrier tried to deliver it so it was a nuisance to have to go and collect it from 5 miles away. Carriers are often not up to scratch and it was idle not to deliver it to me personally.

The cam that is supposed to stop the handle opening is flimsy and not long enough. You can easily open the door with the slightest pressure. Flat head screws are a pain in the behind to fit and should be replaced with cross head ones. Not very private privacy handles.
