We currently use DPD as our nominated delivery service provider. All DPD depots and hubs are working as normal and they have no closures affecting any of their sites.
Customers are no longer asked customers to sign our handheld units and instead, DPD delivery drivers will sign it on their behalf. The consignee's name will be recorded and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit.

With this new process, you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels. This now forms our proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.

Please track your orders using your delivery tracking number sent in your Delivery Confirmation email and/or Text Message.

We offer a simple delivery service. All orders are dispatched via a next-day-delivery service.

We dispatch before 4 pm (Monday to Friday) so make sure you place your order before 4pm if you require your order the following working day.

Click & Collect

Click and collect is now available on all orders. Here's how it works:

• Place your order
• Once you receive an email or text message from DPD detailing your booked delivery, you will be given an option of 'In-Flight Options'
• From your 'In-Flight Options' you can choose to collect from a DPD Pickup Shop
• From here, you can select one from thousands of Pickup Shops around the UK
• The order will then be delivered to your chosen Pickup Shop for you to collect  

Lever on rose door handles have noticed growing popularity over the past few years and why not? These door handles are very easy and quick to install, which are ideal for replacing your existing old & tired door handles and equally a great choice for installing on a new door. The lever on rose door handles offers a modern look to your door and the concealed fixings complete a seamless finish. Our lever on rose door handles are suitable for interior timber doors which are 30mm - 50mm wide. All our door handles are provided with matching fixings that are required to install the door handles properly. Hiatt Hardware door handles come with a 10-year mechanical guarantee included.

By default, a lever on rose door handle is a standard latch door handle which ideal for doors in hallway, kitchens, lobby i.e. where no locking is required. These must be installed with tubular mortice latch (sold separately). If you want to use them on an interior door that requires securing such as your bedroom, these door handles must be installed in conjunction with a mortice sashlock (sold separately) and door escutcheons (sold separately) in a similar finish. They are also ideal for bathroom/ WC doors and need to be installed in conjunction with a mortice bathroom lock (sold separately) and bathroom thumbturn & release (sold separately) in a similar finish.

Lever on rose door handles are very easy to install as one don’t need to measure the screw holes distance like on lever on backplate door handles. If you are replacing an existing lever on a rose door handle, carefully choose the right size of the rose to ensure the existing marks and screw holes on the doors will not be visible. Also, if you are looking to replace an existing mortice latch/ lock on your door, please ensure the backset size is the same to complete the correct door handle installation. However, if you are fitting these door handles on a new door, we usually recommend installing a lever on rose door handle with 75mm mortice latch/lock (57mm backset).
